The Role: You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive works across commercial sites in London.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing and gas systems
- Servicing, repairing and installing commercial boilers and plant room equipment
- Fault-finding and system diagnostics
- Gas safety inspections and compliance certification
- Completing accurate job reports and documentation
- Supporting minor quoting and site surveys where required
You’ll be trusted to manage your day professionally and represent the company to a high standard.
Commercial & Business Development Focus: We are looking for more than just a technical engineer. You will also:
- Build trusted relationships with facilities managers and property managers
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, improvements or additional works
- Support growth of maintenance contracts and repeat business
- Provide feedback on client needs and market activity

What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Gas Engineer
- Gas Safe Registered with relevant commercial ACS qualifications
- Strong experience working on commercial plant rooms and boiler systems
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and client-facing confidence
- Full UK driving licence
Highly Valued:
- Experience supporting account growth or securing additional works
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
