About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and high-performing Waste Sales Advisor to join a growing, innovative utilities business. This is a desk-based sales role focused on winning new business within the waste management sector. You will engage with business customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions, while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound calls
- Cross-sell additional utility products and services
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Use internal systems to generate accurate quotations
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Effectively handle objections and understand customer needs
- Manage and prioritise your workload to maximise productivity
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required within the role
