What You'll Be Doing Managing your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to close Generating new business opportunities and converting leads into sales Cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing customers Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls Producing and presenting tailored quotations Managing objections confidently and professionally Accurately updating CRM systems and maintaining customer records Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets What We're Looking For Previous telephone sales experience, in a target-driven contact centre environment A proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs and sales targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills Self-motivated, resilient and highly driven to succeed Great attention to detail and organisational skills Utility industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential What's In It For You?
