This is a new and exciting role for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join my client and lead the implementation of Salesforce to their business. As Salesforce Implementation Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects and support business-wide initiatives. Working directly with stakeholders and reporting to the Head of IT/Technology, you'll ensure our technology solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities of the Salesforce Implementation Manager:
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and scope
- Support operational goals and internal projects across departments
- Drive continuous improvement and change management processes
- Lead complete lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery
- Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support organisation-wide projects
- Assist senior management in coordinating internal initiatives
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Maintain regular stakeholder communications and updates
- Foster collaboration while maintaining focus on project goals
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and configurations
- Focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud optimisation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage project plans, risk logs, issue logs, and status reports
- Work with IT and product teams for smooth feature deployment
- Ensure alignment with technology priorities and strategies
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce projects in financial sector or similar transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools, including Excel/Google Sheets, MS Project, Monday.com and JIRA
- Experience with Mulesoft, particularly integration with Salesforce, is advantageous
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- PMP, Agile, or relevant project management certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
