We are currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a small, ambitious and collaborative team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and hands-on Salesforce Developer to play an important role in the ongoing development, support and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions, and support the Salesforce platform throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Configure and customise the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce and SOQL.
- Support CRM projects and wider systems integration.
- Participate in testing, training and documentation.
- Provide ongoing operational support for the Salesforce platform.
- Follow Salesforce and software development best practices.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile development environment.
We are looking for someone with proven Salesforce development experience and a strong software engineering background:
- Proven experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- Previous experience working on CRM projects.
- Experience with relational databases and ETL tools.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST, JSON and XML web services.
