CCA Recruitment Group are thrilled to announce that we are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant – initially temp to start off with – with a view to going permanent and join our vibrant team based in Glasgow City Centre. As a Recruitment Consultant, in our fast-paced environment, you\’ll be the ultimate matchmaker, sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for a variety of job positions.
A varied role including interviewing and selection, running assessments, you\’ll be the driving force behind finding the perfect fit. Responsibilities
- Interviewing and selection; running assessments; driving the process to find the perfect fit for clients and candidates.
- Source and screen candidates, build talent pools, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to match candidates to roles and provide a high standard of service.

Benefits and Working Arrangements
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week). Hybrid working: mix of home and office in our Glasgow office.
- Quarterly bonuses: uncapped commission.
- Annual leave: 33 days annual leave + Birthday Day off inclusive of bank holidays, increasing each year.
