We are looking for confident, target-driven outbound sales professionals to join our Sky Protect campaign. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role where you will work across a mix of existing customers, cold leads, and win-back data. You will be speaking with customers who already have (or previously held) Sky Protect device insurance, as well as potential new customers, with the aim of securing new sales, re-engaging lapsed customers, and maximising policy value. If you thrive on objection handling, closing deals, and turning conversations into commission - this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Making (Apply online only) outbound calls per day
- Working a combination of cold leads, win-back data, and existing Sky Protect customers
- Renewing, reactivating, and upgrading device insurance policies
- Identifying opportunities to move customers onto multi-device protection
- Confidently handling objections and converting hesitant customers
- Upselling additional cover across a range of household tech, including:
- TVs
- Laptops
- Mobile phones
- Tablets and other connected devices
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' recent experience in a target-driven sales role (within the last 3 years)
- Proven ability to sell from cold and warm data
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound environment
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
- Motivated by results, targets, and uncapped commission
