Salary: £26,228 - £26,428 + OTE £35K 1st year, uncapped
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Peterlee Hybrid after 12 weeks
The Role
We're looking for Lead Generators to contact a warm database of 110,000 existing customers, introducing additional Connectivity and Waste services. No cold calling - all customers already have active contracts for other services.
You'll build rapport, uncover pain points, check contract details, and qualify opportunities before passing them to the sales team. You won't handle pricing or closing.
Key Responsibilities
- (Apply online only) outbound warm calls per day
- 2-2.5 hours talk time
- Generate 5-6 qualified leads daily
- Identify customer needs, current services, and renewal dates
- Check broadband availability (including rural areas) before referral
- Update CRM and hand off quality leads to sales
What We're Looking For
- 12+ months' experience in an outbound B2B lead generation or sales role
- Ideal backgrounds: water, waste, broadband, telecoms, energy
- Also consider B2C utilities sales in telecoms/broadband
- Confident communication, target-driven mindset, and strong rapport-building
- Tech understanding of broadband/fibre is a bonus

- Most staff choose to work in the office after probation due to the culture
