Salary: £26,678 - £29,987 (Negotiable up to £34K DOE) + OTE £40K 1st year, uncapped

The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to small businesses
- Build quick rapport, identify pain points and close water contract deals.
- Use high‑quality purchased data with no existing affiliations.
- Generate and hand over leads for additional services
- Manage your pipeline, overcome objections, and work towards weekly/monthly targets.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 12 months outbound B2B sales experience.
- Confident phone presence and resilience with objections.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a target‑driven mindset.
- Good organisation, time management and IT literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience in water or utilities is helpful but not essential, strong sellers from similar outbound environments are welcome.
