What You'll Be Doing

• Outbound calling to our massive database of 200,000+ non-profits
• Hunting down leads and nurturing relationships like a total pro
• Having real conversations, overcoming objections, and building genuine trust
• Offering smart, money-saving solutions that actually make a difference
• Managing your pipeline, smashing KPIs, and closing deals (ethically, always)
• Delivering gold-standard customer service from intro to sign-off
• Keeping your admin tight – yep, there’s paperwork, but we’ve got a slick CRM system to make it (almost) fun
• Living your best CRM life – if colour-coded pipelines and perfectly logged calls make your heart happy, you’ll thrive here

What We’re Looking For

• Big personality, even bigger resilience
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Driven, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running
• Bonus points if you have:
• B2B or energy sales experience
• Experience smashing call targets
• 12+ months in previous roles (we like people who stick around)
