The Role as Head of Sales
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead, inspire and scale our sales function. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales strategy, revenue growth and team performance. You will work closely with the executive team to shape go-to-market strategy, strengthen our pipeline, and build a high-performing sales culture that consistently delivers results. It will involve regular international travel to secure new partnerships and develop the client base.
Key Responsibilities of this Head of Sales role:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting
- Drive new business acquisition while maximising existing customer revenue
- Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimise the full customer journey
- Recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent as the business grows
- Identify market trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision-making
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director or similar)
- Ideally worked for a luxury travel brand either now or in your previous roles
- Strong track record of delivering and scaling revenue growth
- Experience building, managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Excellent commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands-on when required
