The Role:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Representing the brand professionally and building long‐term customer relationships.
- Consistently achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle needs.
- Managing the full sales process, including test drives, finance and add‐on products.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
