Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus benefits

Full Time Permanent – 35 hours per week

Mon-Fri (Apply online only), No weekends or Bank Holidays

CCA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with a market leading brand who are recruiting for multiple Legal Advisor roles, to be based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol.

This operation provides legal advice and legal expenses insurance services to millions of high-profile corporate customers. This is an inbound operation providing support and advice on a range of matter including employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes and personal injury.

Must have undergrad or postgrad qualifications in Law.

The Legal Advisor role…

· Driving for positive resolutions over the phone with customers, including policy application and guidance on all products.

· Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line.

· Working within agreed service levels and quality standards.

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.

The Person…

· Minimum qualification of LLB (or equivalent)

· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

· A customer-focused approach

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
