Our client is a rapidly expanding provider of Electrical, Compliance and Facilities Management services. Following significant growth, we are recruiting a Sales Manager/BDM with experience in FM, Hard FM, Electrical Contracting, Compliance or Technical Services to win new business and develop long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business across electrical, compliance and FM services
- Build relationships with Facilities Managers, Estates teams and commercial clients
- Conduct site visits, surveys and client meetings
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build our brand presence on LinkedIn through case studies and updates
- Identify and drive bid opportunities in private and public sectors
- Support tender submissions and proposals
- Work closely with the Owner on sales strategy and forecasting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or BDM roles within FM or technical services
- Strong new-business focus - confident, proactive and target-driven
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Full UK driving licence
40-55K DOE + performance bonus
