What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to enquiries via phone, live chat and email
- Resolving customer queries with empathy and professionalism
- Providing accurate information on bookings, policies and promotions
- Delivering exceptional service while achieving quality and performance targets
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems while managing several customer conversations
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers
- The ability to work towards individual and team performance targets
Working Hours
German customer service line: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
