What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both Russian and English via phone, live chat and email.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight enquiries and a variety of travel-related questions.
- Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, ensuring every issue is resolved efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers while providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Navigate multiple systems confidently to find solutions quickly.
- Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage several live chats.
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Motivated to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
- Experience within the travel industry is beneficial but not essential.
