Dutch Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Role

As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.

Working within a busy customer service environment, you will take full ownership of travel‑related queries, resolving issues from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts across phone, live chat, and email while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve travel‑related issues efficiently from start to finish.
  • Work collaboratively within a high‑performing team to achieve shared goals and service objectives.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and travel product updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the wider team.
  • Represent the company's values and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or call centre environment.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability with accurate typing skills.
  • Confident using multiple computer systems and learning new platforms quickly.
  • Calm and professional approach when handling challenging customer situations.
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Travel or tourism industry experience is desirable but not essential.
