Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm

Fully Office based

We're looking for an organised and friendly PA & Office Coordinator to support our Leadership Team and keep the office running smoothly. You'll handle PA duties while making sure the workplace is welcoming, efficient and well-organised.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage diaries, meetings and travel.
  • Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and track actions.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Welcome visitors.
  • Manage meeting rooms, catering, events and general office hospitality.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors and suppliers.

For this role you will have:

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a PA, EA or senior administrator.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience taking minutes and tracking actions.
