I am working with a super-impressive and growing construction business based in Fife who are in the market for an experienced Contracts Manager/Senior Contracts Manager to join them. This is an outstanding opportunity to really bring your expertise to the fore and oversee projects in both a residential and commercial sphere.
You will prepare programmes for building, buying, surveying and services, whilst overseeing the interaction and liaison with external suppliers, vendors and ensuring all subcontractor coordination and efficiency. We require you to be hands-on and take great pride in the work both you and the business do, whilst also having the ability to circumnavigate multiple spinning projects and business initiatives.
You will take the lead in reviewing tenders, contracts and pricing, whilst also having a solid knowledge of ASTA Power Project. The leadership skills and experience you bring will allow us to drive the design and construction process to completion, whilst also meticulously overseeing contracts from pre-award/tender through to completion.
