Customer Support Agent – Glasgow City Centre Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to join a busy and growing team based in a modern office in Blythswood Square, Glasgow City Centre. About the Role: As a Customer Support Agent, you\’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You\’ll be expected to demonstrate strong customer-focused behaviours, take full ownership of calls, and support customers with financial queries and concerns. The right candidate will be empathetic, solutions-focused, and confident in delivering a high standard of service.
