Our client is expanding and is looking to recruit a confident Remote Telesales Adviser to join their growing team. As a trusted partner to leading manufacturers and retail brands worldwide, they specialise in appliance breakdown protection, supporting nearly 9 million customers across the UK. When a customer's fridge, dishwasher, or boiler breaks down, our client is there to help - and you will be the voice that ensures customers feel supported and protected.
What will you be doing?
- Calling existing customers to ensure their appliances are fully covered
- Using effective sales techniques to upsell relevant protection products
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Matching customers with the most suitable protection package
As a Remote Telesales Adviser, you will work with warm customers, clear targets, and structured support to help you succeed.
Training and support
You will not be thrown in at the deep end. A four-week structured training programme will give you the confidence, product knowledge, and system training needed to perform successfully in your role as a Remote Telesales Adviser.
What we are looking for

Working pattern and location
Fully remote role (broadband and suitable home workspace required). Optional access to a brand-new Nottingham office for office or hybrid working.
Monday to Thursday: 10:30 to 19:00
Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch

- Β£24,500 basic salary plus monthly sales bonuses (OTE Β£7,200)
