We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead growth for a well established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider delivering outsourced solutions into the utilities and/or fintech sectors. This is a senior, strategic role focused on winning new logos, expanding existing client relationships, and shaping go to market strategy across complex, regulated environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the new business growth strategy for outsourced solutions within utilities and/or fintech
- Identify, target, and secure enterprise and mid market clients requiring BPO services
- Lead end to end sales cycles: prospecting, solution design, commercials, negotiation, and close
- Build long term, trusted relationships with C suite and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with operations, solutions, and transition teams to ensure proposals are feasible and compelling
- Develop and refine value propositions around cost reduction, efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and market trends in utilities and fintech
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and client meetings
