We’re partnering with a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation to appoint an experienced Public Sector Bid & Deal Director on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and secure major public sector wins within the Customer Service / CX space.
The Role
As Bid & Deal Director, you will take ownership of end-to-end bid strategy, development, and execution for complex, large-scale public sector opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in shaping winning solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring, development, and delivery of complex bids from qualification through to award.
- Drive winning strategies for large-scale public sector opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design compelling, innovative customer service solutions.
- Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with commercial, operational, and technical requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to bid teams, ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
About You
- Proven track record of leading and winning large, complex public sector bids.
- Strong experience within the BPO and/or customer service sector.
- Demonstrated success managing high-value, multi-million-pound deals.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level with strong influencing skills.
- A technology background or understanding of digital/customer platforms is highly advantageous.
