CCA Recruitment are on the lookout for a Contact Centre Advisor to work in our client's Retentions team. Our Client is one of the UK’s leading Insurance Companies based in Bristol. Start date for this role is Monday 5th January 2026.
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be tasked with retaining and renewing customers' memberships at the best price for them. You'll have accountability for meeting and exceeding targets set by the wider business to ensure the continued growth of the company on their journey to be number one within their sector.
We are looking for Contact Centre Advisors who:
- Enjoy talking to customers
