A well-established distributor of specialist building products is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join its successful Bristol branch. This is a busy and varied office-based role within a supportive and experienced team. The Bristol branch is one of the highest-performing locations in the network, providing an excellent environment for learning and career development. The business has a strong track record of developing Internal Sales Advisors, with many team members progressing their careers after joining with limited industry experience.
Working closely with colleagues in the branch and technical specialists across the organisation, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing customers with delivery updates and order information
- Handling returns and escalating product-related queries when required
