You'll be supporting customers with their travel plans, helping with bookings and enquiries, resolving issues and making sure every customer receives a positive experience. What You'll Be Doing Provide excellent customer service in Russian and English via phone, live chat and email. Support customers with hotel bookings, flights and a range of travel-related enquiries. Take ownership of customer queries and see them through to resolution. Build rapport with customers while providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service. Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining high-quality customer service. Confidently navigate multiple systems to find information and solutions quickly. Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience. What We're Looking For Fluent Russian and English , both written and spoken. Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment. Someone who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a great service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously. Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage live chats. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Motivated to learn, develop and build a long-term career. Travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Working Hours Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
