Chanel is transforming its global Order-to-Cash processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Business Process Analyst for O2C will help document, test, and continuously improve O2C workflows across regions from London.
You will work with Global O2C teams, partners, and regional stakeholders to capture requirements, validate data, coordinate UAT, and ensure governance and release readiness during the ERP migration.
