The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 ÂŁ per year.

Duties to Include:

  • Office correspondence to include cover letters, use of Docusign
  • Scanning/filing of correspondence
  • Responsibility for items received, i.e. HMRC certificates, LOA’s
  • Log receipt and distribution of bank cards
  • Preparation of documents for signature, i.e. Director level
  • Franking and mailing of post
  • Maintain incoming/outgoing cheques
  • Scan/sort confidential notes/review documents
  • Archive of files and arrange collection/delivery as required
  • Ad hoc duties where required
  • Team cover as/when required to include reception cover
  • Meet and greet guests/couriers professionally
  • Occasional out of hours support
