The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 ÂŁ per year.
Operations Department Duties to Include:
- Working hours 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Office correspondence to include cover letters, use of Docusign
- Scanning/filing of correspondence
- Responsibility for items received, ie HMRC certificates, LOA’s
- Log receipt and distribution of bank cards
- Preparation of documents for signature, ie Director level
- Franking and mailing of post
- Maintain incoming/outgoing cheques
- Scan/sort confidential notes/review documents
- Archive of files and arrange collection/delivery as required
- Ad hoc duties where required
- Team cover as/when required including Reception cover
- Meet and greet guests/couriers professionally
- Occasional out of hours support

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a primary focus on Word and Outlook
