Responsibilities
- Maintain the books and records using Sage Line 50/XERO, including posting bank and tour float transactions and reconciling at month end.
- Raise and post sales invoices, review outstanding debtors and assist with debtor collection.
- Post purchase invoices, review outstanding creditors and reconcile supplier statements.
- Post credit card transactions and reconcile statements.
- Review agency statements, post all transactions and reconcile against debtors.
- Complete VAT Returns on Sage/XERO in line with Making Tax Digital requirements.
- Assist with client onboarding and setting up client bank accounts.
- Communicate with Artist Management and Client Team including booking agents, tour managers and insurers to assist day‑to‑day touring activities.
- Daily review of banking and cashflow for all clients and set up approved bank payments.
- Communicate with suppliers and artist management to gain approval on purchase invoices.
- Communicate with booking agents to secure contracts for upcoming shows, raise sales invoices and send to promoters.
- Communicate with record labels for tour support requests and back‑end reporting.
- Manage cancellation insurance and withholding tax mitigation.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of practice experience (music preferable).
- AAT Level 3/4.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Previous use of Sage and XERO desired.
- Experience managing timesheets.
- Effective organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
- Knowledge, Attitude & Behaviors Required

- Meet deadlines set by management and self‑identified goals.
- Work well with others and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and third parties.
