Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role as a Health and Safety Trainer. The Trainer will be based in Bury St Edmunds, with the flexibility to work and deliver online training from home occasionally. Responsibilities include delivering accredited health and safety training to various audiences, creating and adapting training materials as needed, and ensuring that sessions adhere to compliance and quality standards. Additional tasks include evaluating learning outcomes to ensure participant success and contributing to ongoing improvements in training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and NEBOSH qualifications
• Site experience up to Site manager with the ability to deliver CITB courses up to SMSTS
• Experience in delivering Safety Training and general Training
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
• Professional certifications (e.g., IOSH certification) are highly desirable
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to varied training environments
• Proven track record of maintaining high training standards and compliance
