Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a first-class front-of-house experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general reception enquiries
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting office coordination
- Assisting with administrative tasks and ad hoc support across the wider team
- Managing post, couriers and office supplies
- Ensuring reception and communal areas are maintained to a high standard
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous Reception, Front of House or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Immediately available and able to start on 8th September
