We are recruiting a highly organised, polished and proactive Team Assistant to support a dynamic investment team. This is a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a growing, globally-minded private equity firm based in London. The Team EA will be an integral part of a collaborative team operating at the cutting edge of growth, venture, and direct principal investing.

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Provide diary and scheduling support to 7 Investment professionals
- Assist with meeting logistics, including calls, note-taking, room bookings, and catering
- Support with presentations, documents, and correspondence (formatting, proofreading)
- Assist the operations team with ad hoc projects
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Strong EA/administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- EA experience from Financial/Professional services
- Superb attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Positive, proactive mindset with a professional and adaptable attitude
