We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join a high-performing in-house recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to recruit across both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and senior business stakeholders on a broad range of business-critical vacancies.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you\'ll play a key part in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent.

You\'ll support hiring across multiple disciplines, build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs, and contribute to wider talent attraction and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source high-quality candidates across Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter, referrals and market mapping.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate outreach and support shortlisting activities.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insight and recruitment intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within the ATS.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

About You: We\'re looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting within Real Estate, Property or Professional Services would be advantageous but isn\'t essential.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines.
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
