- Help establish consistent planning methods and repeatable approaches across a complex organisation.
About you
You bring experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics or business planning within a large, complex organisation.
You understand how business strategy, financial assumptions and workforce requirements connect, and can translate that understanding into practical options.

You can move confidently between detailed analysis and conversations with senior stakeholders, bringing sound judgement and constructive challenge.
You will also bring
- An understanding of skills, tasks, job architecture and organisation design.
- Experience in workforce forecasting, demand and supply modelling or scenario planning.
- The initiative to work independently while contributing to an experienced team.
- An interest in technology and how AI is changing work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
Experience in banking, telecommunications or infrastructure would be particularly relevant, although comparable experience in other complex organisations will also be considered.
