Join a Payroll Team responsible for the UK monthly payroll cycle, with a growing remit across Europe - particularly France and Germany.

  • London Hybrid 3 days
  • Payroll Specialist
  • UK remit with international exposure

You will own end-to-end UK payroll input: starters, leavers, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, pensions, statutory payments and deductions.

You'll need to be fluent in PAYE, NI, auto-enrolment, statutory payments and tax year-end.

Beyond the UK, you'll coordinate outsourced payroll providers across Europe, keep reconciliations and variance analysis tight, and partner closely with Finance on journals and accruals.

There is also shadow payroll work for internationally mobile employees - so exposure to expat tax arrangements is a plus.

This isn't a back-office processing role.

You'll be the go-to for HR colleagues, Branch Managers and stakeholders across the UK and Europe, and you'll have real input into process improvement and systems change alongside the Payroll Manager and wider Compensation & Benefits team.

  • Advanced Excel
