The Opportunity

As a Researcher, you will contribute to the full search lifecycle, including:

  • Supporting retained pitches with market intelligence and talent mapping.
  • Conducting in-depth research into markets, organisations, and candidate pools.
  • Managing sourcing activity across LinkedIn Projects and other platforms.
  • Screening candidates using assessment tools.
  • Preparing high-quality briefing materials and candidate reports.
  • Representing the firm professionally in client-facing situations.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are credible, articulate, and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.

  • Degree-educated, or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
