- Developing your own client portfolio
- Writing intelligent candidate and client outreach
- Helping grow C&C’s specialist Reward recruitment brand
The role also gives you the opportunity to build knowledge around market themes including pay transparency, equity regulation and compensation trends and translate those into meaningful conversations with clients and candidates.

You’ll have strong search and candidate-assessment skills, confidence engaging senior stakeholders and the commercial instinct to spot opportunities in a specialist market.
You’ll be joining a multi-award-winning, B Corp and W Corp certified business where specialist recruiters are encouraged to build a reputation and market that genuinely belongs to them. There is strong earning potential, uncapped commission, direct access to senior leaders and a clear route into deeper specialist ownership and influence.
Package:
Indicative £30,000–£45,000 base + uncapped commission, min 25 days’ annual leave plus birthday, New Year’s Eve and a gifted Christmas Eve half-day, healthcare, life insurance, enhanced maternity support, coaching/development.
