The Role:

Job Title: People Partner

Location : London – hybrid working environment

What would I be doing day to day?

  • Acting as a true business partner for employees across EMEA and APAC
  • Reporting into the Head of People and working alongside L&D and Talent
  • Supporting with HR projects inclusive of organisational change and succession planning
  • Managing global engagement surveys and reviewing results
  • Dealing with ER and day to day HR duties

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist (either at a HR Advisory level or junior People Partner)
  • Experience in HR change management
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Previous industry experience in E-Commerce, Retail (head office) or agency is highly desirable
  • Strong data reporting and analysis skills
