C&C Search is currently recruiting a Global Payroll Associate – either on a part-time or full-time basis, for an international company with offices spanning the UK, US, EU and APAC regions. This role offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, hybrid working, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team in a crucial finance function.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 pro rata if part-time.
Incredible benefits including generous pension and fully comprehensive.
Hybrid set up: 3/2 – if full time, ideally 4 days if part-time.

Key responsibilities for this Global Payroll Associate position:
- Transmit payroll for employees across the UK, US, EU and APAC regions on bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of wages, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses and commissions.
- Manage payroll deductions including taxes, benefits and other withholding requirements.
- Handle employee mobility arrangements, liaising with tax advisors on cross-border payroll taxes.
- Process tax liabilities on share awards accurately through payroll.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive payroll reports to key stakeholders.
- Provide responsive, professional support to employees regarding payroll queries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Strong experience in payroll management, particularly a global payroll role covering UK, US, EU and APAC regions.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., Pento, ADP and Deel) and advanced Excel skills.
