C&C Search is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Team Support professional to provide dedicated, high-level support to a Director and the wider team. This role is central to ensuring effective diary management, clear prioritisation of tasks, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Hybrid set up: 3-4 days in office

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s diary, inbox, meetings, and priorities
  • Prepare the Director for meetings and follow up with stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and notes
  • Track actions and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents and communications
  • Support events, workshops, and general team administration
  • Maintain CRM records and liaise with suppliers as needed
  • Log expenses accurately and maintain organised financial records
