C&C Search is currently recruiting a part time private PA to provide a high level of support to 4 senior executives and their children. The role will be based between a private household and office in Clapham.

Position: Part-Time Private PA
Salary:£30 per hour DOE
Hybrid set up: Flexible working hours with essential availability required on Mondays and Fridays to coordinate weekly planning and round-ups.

Key responsibilities for this Part-Time Private PA position:
- Scheduling and coordination of personal appointments
- Managing medical appointments and all healthcare matters
- Providing lifestyle support; restaurant bookings, tickets etc.
- Admin, activities and logistics for the children
- Managing personal projects
- Paying household and personal bills
- Purchasing gifts and running errands/ad hoc requests
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a Private PA, Lifestyle Manager or similar
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and changing demands
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
