C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations Assistant / Front of House (FOH) for a dynamic multi-platform investment manager based in a beautiful Soho office. Key responsibilities for this FOH (Front of House) / Operations Assistant position:
  • Greeting all guests in your assistant capacity, providing meeting refreshments and maintaining the meeting room booking system
  • Helping to organise company social activities, team and corporate events in London and internationally – a key part of this assistant role
  • Supporting team members, office operations and processes as the go-to assistant
  • Setting up initiatives for charity days/volunteering and supporting wider ESG initiatives
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining the office as the office assistant, ensuring a comfortable environment
  • Organising meetings, preparing documentation, organising catering and maintaining up-to-date records for the London office in this assistant position
  • Booking couriers, sorting post, inputting data into team diaries and arranging cars/taxis
  • Helping with meetings, travel plans and logistics for junior team members as their assistant
  • Booking restaurants and staying in-the-know about new openings and cool venues
  • Ad hoc administrative and research tasks as required in this versatile assistant role
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Ideally some office-based experience in a front of house or customer services experience within a professional services/financial environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Zoom and calendar management
  • Passionate about supporting a forward-thinking work environment in an assistant capacity

  • Someone who takes ownership and sets high standards in their assistant position
