C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Office Manager / Executive Support for a fast-growing, high-performing financial services business, offering incredible exposure and opportunity, based in the heart of the City of London with a collaborative culture and scope for growth.

All about the role and company I would be working for:

  • Position: Senior Office Manager / Operations Manager with Executive Support – supporting the company Execs as needed alongside managing a growing office and high profile fit out, as well as a private property portfolio.
  • Hybrid set up: 4–5 days in the office (flexibility required during key project phases)

  • Drive operational excellence within the office, partnering closely with facilities and support teams
  • Provide high-level executive and business support to SLT ensuring priorities are managed efficiently
  • Support business-wide projects, processes and culture
  • Managing a substantial private property portfolio

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience in a property management and Office Manager or Operations Manager capacity within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management experience, including office moves or fit-outs
