We are partnering with a leading global executive search firm to hire a Research Consultant to support on retained pitches, talent mapping, sourcing, delivery, search, and candidate sourcing.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Mapping & Research: Utilising advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary databases to identify potential candidates and "multipliers" (industry experts for recommendations).
  • Strategy Development: Working closely with consultants to understand client briefs, define search parameters, and build longlists/shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Headhunting & Engagement: Directly reaching out to passive talent to build trust and assess their suitability for high-level positions.
  • Market Intelligence: Providing insights into industry talent landscapes and competitor organisations.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:

  • 1-3+ years experience in a similar role or environment, search background or in-house corporate/internship.
  • Completed Degree/or Experience/Qualification.
  • Additional Language would be an advantage to work with their Europe Clients on retained searches and pitches.
