C&C Search is currently recruiting a part time Team Administrator for a wonderful not-for-profit organisation within the housing sector. This is a remote role which includes regular London meetings and quarterly team away days.
The working hours are 20 hours per week across 4 days from 10am-3pm.

Key responsibilities for this Team Administrator position:
- Manage the company inbox and respond accordingly
- Provide administrative support to a team of 10
- Take minutes and action notes from meetings
- Pay invoices, raise POs and ensure finance spreadsheet is up to date
- Assist with diary management, room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Step in to cover the EA when required
What background and experience are the company looking for?
