C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join an impacted boutique charity in London.

Industry: Charity

Size: Boutique 25+ staff (incredible UK reach)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Hours: 7 1/2 per day (flexible)

Location: Central London / Hybrid 3/2

Benefits: 25 days off per year (excluding public holidays! 8 in total), increased AL days with tenure, pension, health benefits, working from home policy up to 3 weeks per week, office closure over Christmas, TOIL for weekend events/work and weekday late nights.

Duties:

  • Project manage the delivery of integrated marketing and media campaigns
  • Partner with the programmes and services/ops team to develop marketing strategies
  • Manage budgets, undertake research, write briefs, develop creative campaigns
  • Seek out and deliver external opportunities to present work and build awareness of our own thought leadership in marketing and communications
  • Account manage key marketing suppliers and agencies
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop joint marketing plans
  • Line manage a Digital Marketing Specialist (leading their development and growth)

About you:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing
  • Line management experience is highly desirable
  • Non-Profit background would be desirable
  • Robust experience in defining a marcomm strategy and delivering multiple campaigns across print and digital
  • Solid experience in project management, developing project plans, agreeing objectives and managing budgets
  • Interpersonal skills, negotiation
  • CIM Qualification is desirable
