We are seeking an experienced HRIS & People Data Specialist to support the optimisation and governance of a global HR systems and data. This role is critical in enabling accurate, timely, and insightful workforce reporting to support strategic decision‐making within a fast‐paced, regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Management: Administer, maintain and enhance the HRIS platform (HiBob) to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
- System Implementation: Partner with regional HR teams across Europe, the US and India to onboard employees onto the platform and support the deployment of the performance module.
- Data Governance & Reporting: Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, and security. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to meet business, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Global HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS administration and HR data analytics, ideally within investment banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and workforce data governance.
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills; SQL knowledge advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with HiBob is highly desirable.
Education & Qualifications
- Professional certifications in HRIS or data analytics are advantageous.
