C&C Search is currently recruiting a Global Admin Office & HR Assistant / Receptionist for a highly successful and globally recognised organisation within the shipping industry, offering excellent benefits, strong career development and based in central London (fully office-based).
Position: Global Admin Office & HR Assistant / Receptionist – supporting the London HQ (c.80 employees) and assisting with global office coordination, working closely with the Global Administration Manager and HR Manager.
Hybrid set up: Fully office-based, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Key responsibilities for this Global Admin Office & HR Assistant / Receptionist position:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the London office
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience, managing visitors and calls
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, room bookings and office logistics
- Manage the central administration inbox and support internal approvals processes
- Arrange travel bookings and visas using internal systems
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen upkeep and shared spaces
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires (London and globally)
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding documentation and offboarding coordination
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and provide high‑quality support across teams
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven administrative, receptionist or team support experience within a fast‑paced office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
