C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for an innovative, fast-paced scale-up within the clean energy sector. This Executive Assistant role offers incredible benefits, hybrid working and the opportunity to partner directly with a dynamic CEO and C-Suite team, all based in the heart of London.
All about the role and company:
- Position: Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and 2 others in the C-Suite, with wide interaction across the Senior Leadership Team
- Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Executive Assistant support to the CEO including complex diary, meeting and inbox management
- Secondary Executive Assistant support to 2 others within C-Suite, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up
- Attendance at Senior Leadership Team meetings, taking action points, circulating action points and ensuring actions are followed up on
- Managing actions for the SLT including Slack channels, Notion documentation and operating cadence
- Project coordination including events, offsites, dinners, award evenings and external engagements
- Ensuring operational efficiency by proactively managing workflow for the CEO and C-Suite
- Building strong working relationships with the Office and People Operations Manager and wider team
- Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant partner, ensuring decisions are actioned quickly and effectively
- Supporting fast-moving priorities within a dynamic, non-hierarchical and collaborative environment
What background and experience are the company looking for?
The ideal Executive Assistant will have proven experience supporting C-suite leaders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as fintech or a well-known brand. You will demonstrate exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise rapidly changing workloads. A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, excellent tech capability and comfort working at pace are essential. Experience using tools such as Slack, Notion or project management software is highly advantageous.
